At Northwest Allen Water District, our goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our residents!
Fairview Water System, Inc. was incorporated on March 23, 1970. The first Board Members were: Othel Johnson, Clint Simmons, Riley Martin, Howard Sigler, and Eugene Sigler. Fairview Water System originally had 1 well, located at 4209 Hwy 377, Grant, LA 70644, which was drilled in 1971. The name was changed to the Northwest Allen Water District, on March 29, 2002. In 2010, we received a loan from the USDA for our expansion, which included 2 new wells, and 2 storage tanks: Well #2, which replaced the well #1, is located at 4209 Hwy 377, Grant, LA 70644, with our ground storage tank. Well #3, located at 112 Morrow Rd., Pitkin, LA 70656. is next to our elevated storage tank. We also have a south booster station, located at 13591 Hwy 26, Dry Creek, LA 70637. We have approximately 540 active customers.
