Revolving Loan Grant To Filter out Iron And Manganese

We have have been approved for a Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund (DWRLF) to filter out iron and maganese in our water. The project will provide a filter at our Fairview Well and a filter at our Water Tower Well. This will eliminate the staining and discoloration caused by iron and manganese in our water. We are one of the 1st Water Districts in Louisiana, to get approval for the DWRLF loan. We are closing on the loan in March, 2024, with bids going out in April or May, 2024.
