New Service Request

Welcome to the Northwest Allen Water District Community.  Please contact our office by phone, come by our office -or- you can print out one of the two New Customer Packets, listed below, to apply for service. If you have an existing meter, please use the New Customer Application, Existing Meter Packet. If you do not have a meter, please use the New Customer Application for New Meter Packet. Each packet will explain costs associated with the new service. You can email the filled out and signed forms to our office, mail them, or drop them off during business hours, or in our drop box on the door. You can pay your Connection Fee, Service Charge, and Deposit, using our Bill Pay here, which will connect you to Courtmoney.com. They will charge a 4% fee. They will send us an email, within a few minutes. You can mail your fees (by check or money order) with your signed papers, or drop them off, using our drop box. Please do not put cash in the drop box. We will start working on your new service, when we receive notification of your payment. If you do not have a meter, and our water line is on the opposite side of the road, there will be an additional minimum fee to bore under the road. We look forward to serving your water needs.
