Rate Increase May 1, 2024

Upon approval from the USDA, we will raise our water rates.

Residential will go from $27.86 if you have Leak Ins., to $28.86

Per 1,000 gallons thereafter will go from $6.50 to $8.32

Commercial will go from $66.16 if you have Leak Ins., to $73.76

Per 1,000 gallons thereafter will go from $6.50 to $9.36 

This increase includes a 4% increase annually. Rates will continue to increase by 4% each January 1.
