Rate Increase April 1, 2026

Upon approval from the USDA, we will raise our water rates.

Residential will go from $29.90 if you have Leak Ins., to $33.90.

Per 1,000 gallons thereafter will go from $8.65 to $9.40.

Commercial will go from $76.46 if you have Leak Ins., to $80.46.

Per 1,000 gallons thereafter will go from $9.73 to $10.48. 

This increase includes a 4% increase annually. Rates will continue to increase by 4% each January 1.
